Hotels seek semi-permanent structure funding to use for several purposes. Marquees are very popular in the summer months during wedding season. Hotels look into adding this extension for this prime season or for other facilities such as:

Meanwhile one of our main clients specialises in hire of semi-permanent structures for a variety of purposes including: additional retail space, exhibitions space and film studios. Semi-permanent structures often comprise several individual components. These might include:
- Steel frames
- PIR / Kingspan panels
- Roller doors
- Solid or inflatable roof panels
Due to the nature of the equipment, Fit Out Finance are happy to provide funding on both new and used equipment on either lease or hire purchase contracts. Funding can be provided either on individual components or on the entire structure. This can be done based on one supplier or multiple suppliers.
We can either pay the supplier directly or arrange a sale and leaseback facility where equipment is imported . This enables the customer to deal exclusively with a supplier whilst ultimately benefiting from extended payment terms.
The applications for temporary structures we have financed are many and varied; in addition to marquees we have provided lease and hire purchase on structures including arenas and play areas, stages and viewing platforms.
Typically, these will be funded over periods ranging between two and five years. Although, we are happy to consider terms beyond these in appropriate circumstances. Fit Out Finance are always happy to consider each funding requirement on its own merits.
